Osborn graduated from CIU Seminary & School of Ministry in December with a Doctor of Ministry degree. The title of his doctoral dissertation was “Factors Encouraging or Impeding the Process of Making Disciples among Chinese Scholars in the United States.” Osborn is using research from that dissertation to assist him in his role as president of China Outreach Ministries (COM), and shares his insights in his blog.
