CIU Alumnus Hands-Off Ministry to CIU Alumnus

CIU alumnus Rob Settle is the new executive director of Providence Home in Columbia.

The leadership of a Columbia ministry for men, who are overcoming drug and alcohol addiction, has been handed off from one Columbia International University alumnus to another.

Rob Settle, who has both an undergraduate (1982) and seminary degree (2000) from CIU took the reigns as executive director of Providence Home at the beginning at 2014. He follows in the footsteps of Ken Ritchie who retired after leading the ministry for nine years. Ritchie graduated from CIU in 1990 with the seminary-level Biblical Ministries Certificate. He also served at CIU as director of Financial Aid and director of Prison Ministry.
