Army Chaplain Leads “Blessed Life”

Army Chaplain Leads “Blessed Life”

James and Ashley Murray

Columbia International University alumnus, Capt. James D. Murray IV says he leads a “blessed life” as an army chaplain, but doesn’t mince words about the challenges.

Murray and his wife Ashley are both 2009 graduates of CIU Seminary & School of Ministry where they earned master’s degrees. They recently spoke at Grace Church of Aiken (South Carolina), describing how an army chaplain ministers to soldiers struggling with a variety of issues including alcoholism, divorce, infidelity and post-traumatic stress disorder.
